Necropolis WIP 3

Released a version of the map on Gamebanana for testing, I'll be checking the comments on it for any problems that may pop up. I'll also try and upload an Arena version to the Workshop soon for testing as well.

I'd like to work on the visuals a bit more but I'm honestly starting to lose interest in working on this. I'll probably be passively updating it from now on, fixing bugs and doing slight improvements to artpass.
